Mindfulness & Self-Compassion for Parents

Parenting can be a source of tremendous joy and challenge. In the act of parenting, we can experience the range of human emotions and mind states. Caring for the physical and emotional needs of others can also cause significant stress.

This group is an opportunity to connect with other parents in a safe, supportive space while learning mindfulness and self-compassion skills that have been shown through research to help manage stress, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and improve overall wellbeing.
