Hi, I’m Jessica Cameron, LCSW (she/her), a licensed therapist who supports individuals and families impacted by OCD, anxiety, and related disorders.

If you are experiencing OCD or anxiety, you know that overcoming the symptoms is not always easy. Together, we can help you cultivate the bravery it takes to face your fears and break the cycles that are keeping you stuck.

My Approach to Treating OCD & Anxiety

Exposure and Response Prevention, or ERP, is the gold standard treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. ERP involves facing your fears without doing any of the compulsions or safety behaviors that you may have done previously.

As an OCD and anxiety therapist, I practice values-guided exposure, helping you confront internal and external sources of distress with compassion. I support your efficacy in being able to sustain this lifestyle over time.
