Hi, I’m Jessica Cameron, LCSW (she/her), a licensed therapist who supports individuals and families struggling with depression so you can get unstuck.

Depression can feel like a dark and lonely journey. But it does not have to be, and you are not alone.

My Approach to Treating Depression

Depression is strengthened by inactivity. The less we engage in the activities we value and that bring us joy, the more depressed we feel, and the less motivated we are to engage in those activities in the future. Behavioral activation guided by values can help reverse this cycle.

In addition to helping you get back to living the life you want, I also help you develop awareness of the mind states that can contribute to depressive symptoms in the first place.
